Okay, short update so that people don't have to add answers that already were solved:
- The neighbours suddenly showed up: first, they are a couple who approach MC while he's relaxing in the park and asking about his wife taking sexy pictures (and I suddenly remembered that the wife was into cosplay a LOOOONG time ago) and MC can choose how to respond (just an amateur, actually a porn star etc.). Then, many days later, your wife suddenly dresses up as an amazonian warrior and you decide to go take pictures in the park, and the couple is there to witness it. After that, they can be invited for lunch and the wife of the couple, Barbara, actually wants to be a porn star and asks for tips.
- After walking around the swimming pool with the daughter a number of times, you see that some young guy is checking her out and there are several options for response (from wholesome to corrupting). Some time later, she suddenly announces she has a boyfriend at home, and the guy is invited for supper on Saturday. After that, you can decide to swap him for another candidate (daughter will listen to you) but she won't be boyfriendless.
- some other things that happened: the fat lady finally dropped all the weight she wanted and promptly invited MC to become her Master in (light) BDSM. In order to keep this quest going forward, you mustn't go jogging by yourself during the time you are training her or the option to visit her after 19:00 will not be accessible, making the quest go on for far too long and she'll put the weight back on. Nina is still out of reach, but blonde bombshell Jenny is far more approachable every Monday at the cinema. Give her books (arts first, then porn), a spa certificate and a fake necklace to get as far with her as you can (she 'won't cheat' on her boyfriend which means she'll show and do anything as long as there's no penetration. Soooo faithful...)
The wife was being taught how to swim by Jack (and throroughly manhandled by him) but she actually likes it when you step in near the end and take over the lessons, and your Best Female Friend the lifeguard opens up a massage room for you where you and Ms. You can have a ball.
On the garbage man route you get two short quests: one very short (one fun incident) with Noella and Noah, where you are asked to intervene in a squabble after Noah left Noella naked and threw all her clothes in the trash, one a little longer where you have to spy on a young blonde who married an old businessman in order to see if she cheats on him. That one ends quite definitively after the truth comes out, and it's too bad as I wouldn't have minded it going on for a few more rounds. And you get a big quest line with Helena, a GILF teacher with a strange tattoo, loose morals and a perverted voyeur husband. First you get up to no good with her, then she asks you about your biggest fantasy and in this way you can involve your wife if you choose a threesome with two women. Now, your wife isn't a lesbian, so jury's still out if this will happen, but Helena draws you both in bit by bit, exposing herself (and you) and initiating sexual activity in the swimming pool week after week.
Hope this helps others somewhat. The problem is that it is often unclear what triggers are needed to initiate events, it would be better if this were clearer and the hidden stats actually were revealed so you could know what effect your choices have on the characters.
