Are there any other games with male MC that isekai's into a female?
the first thing that comes to mind is healslut. uhh... The fixer would probably count. Betrayed is about a male spirit that jumps between bodies, and some of the events are in females. hmm... suddenly a girl and accidental woman certainly have the man ending up in a woman's body, but aren't world transfers and are very text heavy. Magical camp is an isekai, but it's a sort of optional set of magical transformations rather winding up in another person's body, and it's abandoned. Event Girl sort if fits if you consider being frozen in a cryotube for countless years to be an isekai, but it's also abandoned. The Guide to Being Assertive is, again, more of a male ending up in a female version of their own body rather than a different body, and also seemed to take place in a mostly normal modern world setting. Also, I only played a very early version of it, so I have no clue what its content is like.
It's not a site I regularly visit, so I don't know if it's all that active in modern times, but a site called tfgame(dot)site is a website focused on transformation themed games (I realize some people wouldn't consider a male MC getting isekaied into a female to be transformation, but regardless it shares similar elements). I'm pretty sure there's a board where you can ask for suggestions that would get you way better recommendations in this particular instance. Do note that IIRC it has rather strict rules against uploading pirated versions of games or discussing piracy, so the suggestions will mostly be games released for free on that site, with the remaining suggestions being links to patreons/ko-fi/subscribestar, or official release pages rather than what you'd expect from this site. I'd be pretty surprised if you don't find at least a few more games with the themes you're looking for. Especially since I'm pretty sure that's where I first encountered this game.
