If you want, I can try. In fact, I've already updated the interface a bit for the Russian localization, and once I've finished translating Something unlimited, I can switch to this project)
There's actually someone in the discord who has stated that they want to carry on development, so if development were to continue without the original developer, it may be smart to coordinate there.
A former Illuminati member also posted a whole roadmap for the scenes they wanted to see in one of the channels, so people could enjoy it.
I'd still prefer for the original developer to return for this, but it's been over a year since last contact so I'm not very hopeful.

It will be hard to continue the story line without the dev. It's the only game I've seen with a truly badass MC, and girls who never turns into willing bimbos. No matter what the MC does to the girls, they remain defiant. That's why this game stands out, and that's why I like it so much. If anyone can continue this game, they could as easily write their own game instead.
Someone trying to continuing the work of someone else is bound to be inconsistent and bad. They should leave this game abandoned, and build their own game instead. When they build their new game, they can be inspired by this game, but continuing it is stealing another persons work.
I don't think anyone should try to "complete" this game except the original Dev, but those who want to try and fill the void should try to make a spinoff, keep the world and the general concept but make a new MC that lives in this same city, who has also figured out about the gas leak and is making his own progress with nearby girls.

Why did the developer actually abandoned this game? It looks like it has quite much content and he was far with his progress.
His kid got seriously ill, and had been in and out of hospital several times for over a year. After over a year where the dev. had been AWOL several times for months, he finally just disappeared. It's doubtful that he will return, but hope never dies.

Using the guide, I am unable to get Andrea to tell me about Bobby being the nephew. Does it have to do with any order of reviewing the files?
I doubt it, more likely you missed a dialogue with someone, or were to nice in one of your dialogue choices.

I guess it's a bug, it's my 2nd or 3rd try to play this game through years and i never could and still can't proceed further with Meredith.
I've asked Leah about her job, searched twice, read it all two ways, but Meredith doesn't tell me the password, Mitchell doesn't have any topic about the epidemy or else, suits doesn't allow me to access the labs.
No active quest, no way to proceed with Meredith, Alexy, etc.
Is this a bug and soft lock or am i doing something wrong?
I even tried to load previous save (a few long gaming session before) but it's all the same, Meredith doesn't tell me the password, Mitchell doesn't have any new topic, i guess the upcoming conference is blocking / breaking something.
Meredith and Alexy are the most interesting girls to me, would like to get them, but not that much into replaying all the game AGAIN according to WT, especially when i don't understand the reason, can't fix it with the previous save and it all can break again.

I'm not sure what went wrong with your game, it's been a while since I've played, I tried your save and I can't get the events to trigger either (Access to the Base or Meredith sex scenes). But it feels next to impossible to figure out why, there are a lot of dialogue choices that can block content from happening that can't be changed retroactively AFAIK, my best guess though is that maybe this save predates the changes that opened up the base and Meredith's content (and of course Alexy's sex scenes be extension)... I think the only thing you can do to get those is start fresh (which might be worth while to you, there seems to be a lot of scenes you haven't unlocked yet according the the replay gallery)
An alternative that you might prefer is to use Bobby mode (Gallery Unlock... which should be available when cheats are active but doesn't seem be on your save, which is another thing that makes me think this save is far to old to be valid).
To activate Bobby mode, you need to go to your office, click on the lighthouse on the bookcase to turn off cheats (make it glow Green), then click it again to turn cheats back on (the lighthouse should be glowing red) the click the computer and "replay".... there should now be an option to enter Bobby Mode now .... I strongly recommend that if you use this DON'T save after you activate it... it is a game breaking feature that might introduce bugs in the any updates that might come.... fingers crossed this is resurrected in the future, I had soo much hope for this game.
Edit: it looks like you never unlocked the doctors costume, which might be the reason the story has stalled... Go to the hospital at noon or midnight and ask the janitor for it. IIRC, once you have the doctors outfits you can visit the patients and discover something interesting about their condition... talking to the mayor about it can lead to access to the Lab. When you are there you might see Meredith visit.... this should start the unlock sequence to her content.
Edit2: the Sequence is
- Get the Doctors outfit and visit the patients
- Talk to the Mayor about their condition
- Talk to the Mayor again... catch him naked or given him 50K
- Talk to Meredith about the gas leak... She should give you the password to enter the lab
- Have some Cake and celebrate... your save isn't bugged!!

Alright everyone, I'm starting to gather 3D models to continue the game. Does anyone know the exact names of the models the author used? Also, I think I remember someone saying that the author shared some plans for the future story?)) Anyway, any info would be greatly appreciated – it would really help speed up making the sequel).
You are mistaken, it wasn't Horizonticals, it was a former top tier supporter who shared some future scenes he wanted to see that had been discussed with the author.
To keep people on discord interested and let them know what to expect from that particular part if he returned to continue work.

You could use what is there and just finish like you want it because the general direction and theme is set I guess.

Guess I'll just have to do it that way! The overall story is no biggie, I'll figure something out. The real headache is finding the right 3D models. The author used G3 stuff, and a lot of those are impossible to find now. Right now, I'm messing around trying to make something similar with G9. I'll post it here as soon as I have something that kinda works, and you guys can tell me if it's good enough or not!
Personally I think it would be horrible to Frankenstein this. I've said it before and say it again I really think it would be better to make a spin off, keep the city and the theme, but make a new character that lives there and a new set of girls to molest while he figures out the rules of the new world order... Maybe bring in some the established characters as cameos.
