Working small day jobs until eventually being hired as a maid for an affluent oil family, Mariana's situation began to look up, until the true nature of her abusive employers was revealed one terrible night. Again battling for her survival, Mariana managed to once again flee.
Speaking fluent Spanish, she managed to find and hold down a job in a small border cafe.
Unsatisfied and craving more from her life, Mariana decided to pack up and hitched a ride north to the city for a new start.
Still searching for work and constantly looking over her shoulder in fear of retribution from the Demonio Cartel, Mariana's life revolves around church, volunteering and job seeking. Ever the eternal optimist, Mariana is always smiling, even in the face of her shitty apartment, her shitty neighborhood and her ever consistent shitty luck.

Hey there! Big thanks for the rating!! As I said in DM, we've fixed most script-related issues, and the entire script has been renewed to be even better. We've also added a lot of choices, along with new animations and extended old missions. Many old renders have been re-rendered in better quality, but compared to what I'm doing now, they look like trash. I'm using even better settings now than in my new update, so you can expect even better visuals in the future. The intro has also been fully remade with a better story.The core theme is still the same—slow corruption—but I can say everything is a bit better and more organized than before. Hope you all will like it.

Yes, I mean your old saves won’t exist in this build, so you’ll have to start over. But a lot of things will be different, so you’re not going to play the exact same thing. I’ve added a lot of new content.
