There are plenty to choose from in this game. Everyone has their favorites. I like both Lois and Kiki in the office. They complement each other quite nicely. Of the sisters, my favorite is Kara.
Given the choice, my ideal role for Lois would be my Harem Manager, who gets off on seeing the MC pursue and fuck other women, and also regularly have sex with him as well. She's smart and fun, and would be great to have her be a sort of all-knowing mistress of who all of the other girls are and what the MC needs to do to progress with each one.

Nobody knows the answer maybe? Last release here was less than 2 months ago. A release here every 2 months is better than average.
