As far as I understand, this update includes a fun new twist on the existing issues. But yeah, it all comes back to the coding for the original receptionists' hiring being a mess.
That content seems likely to splinter off into Patch World soon, for the obvious reasons.

at this point I think dev understood what kind of mess he has got himself into with all this Lois lactomax stuff. essentially either he is going to retcon all previous choices to streamline her content or he will need to double-triple-quadrouple all of her renders, lots of her dialogues etc etc. I think he hopes to just delay this choice for as long as possible because this is a huge bomb tbh
As I've said before, many of his renders (and especially characters) are piecemeal anyway...so really not a huge job doing 3 different renders of Lois everytime, as it's only actually 3 different renders of her top half, or just her character with no background.
I know it adds more work. However, I am very happy that I can personalize the main characters. Thanks to this, I integrate more with the game.
Idk, I think doing it everytime is only possible if he also cuts on Lois content as a whole, otherwise its a bit too much even if we take in mind that the game is being rather simplistic visually. and then there is another part with tracking variables, providing all of that with text and so on. like hell, other devs wont even touch tattoos if they are not there initially or making a new tat comes without a choice, because nobody wants to deal with consequencies
Honestly, this to me was not the best choice, why should Lois join the line of sluts with huge tits, I much preferred her before the lactomax treatment, but if there is an option to choose between her taking the treatment and not, I'm on team not.

Hopefully he doesn't go too crazy with it, I've gotten used to her smaller size but definitely wouldn't mind seeing her as big as mallory with pierced nips
There is no option, never was. Scripted event to happen regardless. You do however have the choice of what size you prefer/she goes to (a conversation with her before her accident/incident).
