Another thing worth noting there are 2 polls the dev made today, one seems to be about how far to go on the "dark path" and the other seems to be about what is popular with his subscribers (based on what is publicly viewable when not subscribed). The image seems like it could have come from either. So it could be not about the tier system at all, but if someone out there has the context of that poll that would be cool to know.
Because you're trying to change the meaning of the word porn. Most would call porn: videos or depictions of people being nude and or having sex. Only in this bizarro-world anime-demographic-fueled funride of avn games would such distinctions exist.

And you are very wrong, the "creative direction" as you put it is much more urgent than the bugs, as the bugs can much more easily be fixed later, while if the storyline and content goes in the wrong direction that would require redoing huge chunks of it to fix, which in my estimation is not going to happen at this point.
