It's not fucking difficult....my damn cat can understand it. Regardless of the route, she will HAVE AN INCIDENT AND NEED HER IMPLANTS REMOVED!!!!!!!!!! What is difficult about this to understand? The conversation in the damn office regarding your pref on her size (before this happens) will determine what size of breasts she will get when she starts taking LactoMax TWO....not the original version!!!!!!!

It doesn't make any sense that on the implant route she also gets the implants removed (and if it's because of a car crash, will the renders show the damage?). I explained to you that if you remove implants, the skin adjusts quickly, and you can't just jump to something even bigger. It would have made a lot more sense, for an implant route, to just go bigger right away. Unless he wants to give her expander implants and show how they are filled etc. but that would be more work than just doing renders for going bigger originally.

Dude, Maviarab already said there is no "implant route", Lois will always, no matter what you choose, lose the implants and take Lactomax. Your choice will only determine the size she ends up with. I get you have a different opinion but the general consensus AKA most people's opinion is that natural is better so you're swimming against the current here.

Even if it's not explicitly mentioned, a lot of the protagonists' boobs in this game look like implants. Lois is just the one where they actually confirm they were implants. Who are your favorite caracters?

I played the game and found out myself, after his amazing reply. Then I asked again, because the options are presented in a layered kind of way, so maybe I did something wrong. Questions are the reason forums exists

100% agree, some people prefer the look of saline and water, and others prefer flesh. And that's okay.

And my favorite character is Kara. And one of the reasons is that she doesn't have any implants and she didn't use Lactomax. This makes her very natural. It's a pity that there is so little of her in this game.

There's three options and it really isn't a great deal of work as he uses hundreds of overlays already (check the images folder). All he has to do is make the entire scene invisible and just render her torso. couple of minutes work to create the extra.

if he doesn't create three sets of renders given that he has given us the choice as to what breast size we would prefer to see on her....he is just intentionally asking for more hassle/complaints/trouble. HJowever, all that being said, it won't be implants

Along with Kari, Rei, Kira and Madison are probably my favorite. I really hope there's a path for the MC to fuck Madison eventually. While the sisters of course intentionally look alike, I think that Kira is the most beautiful girl in the game.
