Here's to hoping the shorter projects mentioned as coming next at the end includes some interesting characters instead of Mei, like the Lara or Tifa content that many of us first started following him for. Maybe we will have a reason to resub and throw a few dollars his way for the first time in years.

Agree, I want more stuff like his Lara's hell video which is definetly one of his best works and better than his Mei's corruption series of videos imo.

Not surprising. You spit in the face of your own craft the minute you start using AI tools and prompts. Its unfortunately a symptom of society where we want everything easier and quicker and for animators, they probably get hard at the prospect of not spending hours animating a single scene.
Will there be a time when the AI tools can basically do everything seamlessly? Sure. But when that happens, whos paying for their content when you can just download the tools yourself and experiment. They may wish for stronger AI tools to help with their content but its also gonna be the death knell of any originality.
He's adapting to market/industry changes. The issue isn't that he's using AI, it's how he's using it. If he can out produce other creators without loosing quality in his animations, then he's setting himself up to be way ahead of everyone else.
Nah, if the market/industry is heading towards AI slop with no originality/personality, i don't want it
