Haven't been there yet in this game, but presumably it works similar to his prior game Tapioka-Chan, where just fingering those spots isn't enough, you need to apply the special drinks that lubricate, cool and ease pain, raise her lust or drunken state to boost her pain tolerance... i did it and i didn't have any of those things.. just play with it a lot..
the last game was like that too, i just played a lot and keep on trying to force it in.. eventually it worked, and funny part is that right after i got it to go in like i wanted, the expanding items unlocked.. oh well, funny, but i didn't need them at that point

QoL improvement that adds a body parts menu.
Max inventory toggle.
Minor bug fixes.
etc...
Seems like more patches are planned in the future.
Bousoft last game Dereah Sister Hypnosis App was released on 05/26/2023 (V 1.0.0), and the dev actively patch the game until 01/12/24 (V1.2.8).
Looking forward to dev continuing to work on the game and maybe a DLC?
