The changelog hasn't been updated since a couple updates ago but it refers to dev removing the incest content since it didn't had a patch back then and the game had incest relationships by default.

My guess is probably all traces of incest. It supposedly happened months ago, but it’s not like the Dev or anyone was vocal or loud about so naturally people freaked out when axed the incest content.
