How does one play this? there is the 0.4.9 version, Marys routine, chapter 1, 2, and 3.... are these all seperate titles or is the 0.4.9 version the only one relevant?

(i think i played marys routine before, and it ended with a footjob... was anything added?)

Mary's routine is just a mini game. ch 1-2-3 is the right order to play.
