multiple protag = zero immersion..like watching the CNN version of porn..also...when one yawns playing a game it failed.

I have to disagree with that equation. I read many great books that featured multiple protagonists and they certainly were immersive. The problem is that then it really is all about the quality of the storytelling. I guess in this case the yawn doesn't tick that box.

Well, the story is really interesting. The gameplay is simple so far, but a bit too fast as regards Deni's moves. 3 story lines in parallel, I'm personally not sure how far I like it. A crossover would be more interesting
I like the premise. I'll have to give it a try. The idea of decision-making for husband and wife could be entertaining with the right scenarios and choices. I am more keen on a male MC, but having choices for two MC's playing off one another opens up possibilities.
She could always adopt but that's just my simple solution.

Hmm, the story moves very quickly, too quickly imo. Tony's seed is strong and that is apparently enough for her to cheat on the husband that she may not love as much as she says. It's too quick and she comes off as a bitch that doesn't even deserve a single mom ending.

You need to add cheating to the tags if she's sleeping with someone other than her husband. If it's ever from the perspective of the husband, NTR should maybe be added. Unnecessary if always from the female protagonists perspective.

The tags say 'Multiple Protagonist', but I don't believe it; I sure as hell am not playing it that way. Simon's a complete douche! I have no intention of 'immersing' into his character.
I believe Multiple Points of View is what is really meant. It certainly is not uncommon for a game which has a specific main character to show the thoughts and actions of others. Dani is definitely the focal point of the game, whether she is called the Main Character or not.

Pregnancy is the goal. One peripheral character does become pregnant, but it's only a catalyst for the main action. Plus, it actually happened before the game started. The sex we see does not cause the pregnancy.
Interesting start… obviously i have choosen the threesome, i'm expecting to see many cuckold/swinging scenes (with huge creampies!) with this choice.

Allow me to explain further, if I may. I have personal experience in a nearly identical situation. One of my best friends had the same attitude. He was an only child, and wanted desperately to carry on the family name and sire a child. But his insistence on doing it naturally, cost him a woman (who could not conceive naturally) he loved. Since he had some other issues, he never married, or (to my knowledge at least) fathered a child. He is now old, alone and no longer capable of attaining one of the things he most desired in life. [No, it is not I. I have grandchildren.] He is my friend, so I accept him. Simon is not my friend; I want no part of him.
