In day 4, once you are free to roam, go to down-town's main street. You will be greeted by three witches that want you to follow them. Do so without a chastity cage and you will get this game ending scene.
If you play the scene with Catherine (the "mob" boss in down-town), she offers to take the chastity cage off before the free roaming part.

Tourture... I feel like that would be a great word to describe a tour that's so unbelievably boring that it's torture.
To answer your question, this is a femdom game that leans more into the hardcore side of the genre. That would be like walking into a gym and asking "Why this gym only has exercise equipment."
Would be nice to have hints in the gallery , showing how to get the scenes , or even just a full gallery unlocker

Something I have always been curious about, if you do max Futa, does that lock out other kinks in the game that you would normally see if you set the slider to balanced?

That's not true. The female side quests don't disappear when you set futa to the max.

You are right. I guess even in my "futa" playthrough I ended up only choosing girls with pussy as night visits and that's why I didn't see their portrait while loading the save.

I played both and the differences are for me:
Sigrun changes from female to futa
A fuckstation ending changes from strapon to futa
and on an earlier day the slug monster changes from female to futa
I think that is all there is. These three scenes will change, the others don't. I am not sure but I think the futa gangbang sidequest will disappear when you have the slider on female preference or lower and you can't get the futa exclusive scenes
