I feel like there are two important choices, might be worth saving there. One is with Lilith, the other one is Simon. Reminds me a bit of the Asylum, where rescuing your inmate locked you out of certain endings!
Loved the update! Bad endings are the best endings!
The game has a strong femdom focus, Ive not played the new update or explored all routes but as I recall there were 3 blowjob scenes and 1 cowgirl sex scene in my playthough at least. So it is present just moreso in the minority.

So before I download... Is there an actual demon in this? Or are people just saying "demon" to describe a monster like in anime? I'm just personally tired of games using "demons" instead of thinking of something original... It's just kind of "cliche' evil" and overused for me so I'm just wondering ahead of time.
Edit: Not trying to knock what anybody else likes, just "demon" storylines aren't for me.
