"Due to incessant whining and bitching like a bunch of littl"...le girlsWonder who brought that up.![]()
Beleieve it or not, I had to put in a hack for this version so saves worked over that little suggestion, since I do it from code outside of the script (Lov handles the script), I make whatever he needs in the scripts work from a separate file full of functions.
In laymans terms it was a real pain in the arse from an already working setup I had that took me more time than the rest of the entire update to make sure saves didn't break now and later...it's all good, just don't break your arm patting yourself on the back ok?
Being serious myself, I'm glad your enjoying the game, and your quite welcome. If there's anything else I can do to make it more enjoyable for you or others...I'll be here listening. But seriously, I am enjoying this game. Thank you so very much for this, and totally be waiting for more!!!
EDIT:
And the hack was a one time thing--the saves are all set for any future updates already.

Only Lov knows if it will have long term affects...and i'm not sure if he even decided yet, it was probably a good place to save.
As I said before, the walkthrough I designed, but I make everything in a manner that he could complete the entire game without me if need be just knowing how to write the script...even the gallery and Kinetic Mode is automated externally for him inside it.
So he add's in the choices that he feels the player needs to know about himself and what color to show for everything, I only insisted he point to the possible sex scenes
I did this partly so the game could be completed no matter what, life's a little bumpy for me right now, and partly so I could enjoy the story myself without spoilers, what can I say...he writes a hell of a story
EDIT:
I am the Dev, the asshole, and the ballbuster...but he's the heart and soul of this game (the names are fitting).
I have some experience writing myself, but this was his story originally and I stay out of it entirely out of respect, throwing suggestions and ideas whenever I can, but never insisting...I only insist he change or add things absolutely needed for the code to work properly, and I prefer to work around his needs whenever possible.
If anything, he's the one that deserves the credit, I just make things go click and work under the hood, adding in some visual effects here and there...aside from the little skits between us as 'Dev' and 'Lov', the actual writing in the game is all him. I may be loud and all over the social aspect...but I certainly don't deserve the kudo's for anything except for the code itself.
