Just to be clear, those reasons I gave are the obvious reasons why in terms on answering your question in general. The dev could have some other reason in-universe.
As for your new question, probably?
I'm terrible at names, but Alice the gorgeous redhead is i believe the same age as MC, so if so wouldn't be surprising for them to actually be twins and thus have the same father.
Melissa being the eldest I would say has a different father from the rest
He hasn't updated his patreon for the lower subs. Man, this update has all of Brenda content. So I'm waiting for that

Did they finally add content? Because it's been 3 updates since they added anything, and I don't know what's going on with this dev anymore. So if anyone could share if there are any new scenes, it would be appreciated.
