There's a good chance you're one of many people who don't know about an "error" that's been in most versions for a while now.

You need to edit a couple of variables, as shown in this post (probably a couple others before that too).
I recommend using URM to search for and change those two variables and that should let you get past a certain point.

I say "error" because it's been in the game long enough that it might be deliberate given the names of those variables.

So the current version doesn't really end in the middle of a sex scene with Leliana after saving Sabrina 2 from a zombie horde? Because I turned on the variable for ep5 and it still stops there (completely fresh save).

It does end indeed end during a scene with Leliana, but I didn't see a second Sabrina.

I think this was released unfinished.
Whether on purpose or not is another matter.

Then why am I missing over 3000 dialogue lines?

The first Sabrina is Alice's friend with glasses that she wore cheerleader's outfits with, the second is this girl that the MC just brought home.

Nope, that scene ends at that point. Makes me think the dev ran out of time to complete the scene, or leave that as a cliffhanger.

Usual gestures, save name/delete, seethru textbox, resizeable game and dialogue text.
Scrollable choices (when multiple)(now adjustable)
Scrollable textbox - no more text off the bottom of your screen
Too much other stuff to list, have a play.

Alternative persistent saves/log location
Grant storage permissions on first run!
All my ports can use 0x52's URM mod, just drop the RPA file in the game folder

Must agree, I am thinking there is some fault or it was uploaded incomplete because I can't for the life of me understand why the dev would end the update during the sex scene. Stop it before or better yet, after!...

Most of the time, for the years that I've been playing the game. Either that, or the content ends where my last save left off, even though it shouldn't. Either way, I have to start over and skip with new updates.

I can't explain why, but this has recently become pretty normal for me with a lot of games. Especially DAZ/Renpy combinations.
