Could be a bug or your previous choices. It was not the case for me. Did you choose to meet him before? Tommy asks to date with MC before the spying thing maybe you said yes to that.

I really like this game but I must say this update was too short. I've read the changelog and I am aiming for Juliette path so I tried it but it felt like a teaser instead of an update.

Btw, what this type of drawing called? Almost like a sketch and I love it.
