I tried this in San Myshuno as well and it doesn't show up. I still have RedAppleNet and AE Pornography installed and I suspect that those are breaking the lot list.
Does anyone know if Ksuihuh is updating these mods?
Ksuihuh is working on updating them, but for now your best bet is to remove the venue list that came with AEP/RedAppleNet and use the one from LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues.
Has anyone looked at the yiff party website??? It's not the right website anymore. Where are we supposed to go now???

Me too. I just get error 522, connection timed out.It won't even load for me.
I saw a contributor say they are having server problems and should come back once they fix that. I really hope they don't go down permanently.

I have AEP, and RedApple. I had no problem adding a house in Sulani as a rental. In terms of the list, I use LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues. I use her list. She's updated. Maybe that's it?
I had the same issue, try just launching the ZClient, you can then click "Run" (its an option on the client box) just make sure its Sims 4 64-bit. To launch the game via the ZLOrigin method, you have to launch it directly from the ZClient now.
Agree. Always use LittleMsSam's venue list and be sure to remove the others (she lists the others she covers). Reason being she always has to update her mods every patch because they're complex and so she always updates the venue list whereas some others may or may not.
