Apparently EA/Maxis fucked up the audio with the new patch and the only way to play without it crashing is to turn off the audio to the game before starting it. This and play offline. I was caught off guard when the game crashed; but found out that they are aware and are working on an emergency patch this week. I tried the tips and it hadn't crashed since (but got stuck in build mode for some odd reason and couldn't get out nor save the game. This is how you turn off the audio
On Origin (PC/Mac)
Go to “My Game Library”.
Right click on The Sims 4 and select “Game Properties”.
Select the “Advanced Launch Options” ta
In the “Command line arguments” text field, add -nosound and select “Save”.

Only the first set is in the mega.I would really appreciate it if someone could upload or find a link to the 2nd and 3rd parts of the kyoto set. I don't know how Felix is allowed to have his content locked behind his patreon for this long (Unless i'm stupid and can't find wherethe download links are to his stuff on it are)
Don't assume Sims 5 is even being considered until EA is certain they have milked Sims 4 for as much money as they can.
