Well once you go black... but in seriousness, it sounds like you were using some skin tones that are no longer in the game. So your Sims base skin is "black".

yes, by changing the skin tone, the color returns, but not perfectly. I didn't quite understand how the new penis modification function works in WW v.163

That usually happens regardless because sometime the cc creator doesn't create a skin tone for the penis but its a mod that basically replaces it I can think of it but try searching it on google.

it happen once to me some time ago. it was all Noir fault with his penis mod ("pornstar penis" or something with a name like this)

it also happen if you have that child mod installed (i wont go into detail on it, ya maybe know what i m talking about...) wich give penis to them and glitche adult/teen/elder ones.

but yeah, it can also be a simple skin mod. Also possible if there is no custom skin, as EA doesn't have this kind of textures in the game, the penis is skinned with what's left (a random skin of the whole char in smaller format)

Like I said though I'm only using WW. No other mods that adds adult stuff. So the skin and dick are WW. These Sims are from before the update too. So do I need to re edit all my Sims? If so then this update broke thousands of Sims seeing how all Sims before the update are broke. I get this on all Sims though. The black chick was created using the new skintone options. Meanwhile the guy was created long before the update.

maybe you can check. go in CAs and create a new male sims, check for his dick if it's not skinned/dark . If it is, then you sims got corrupted/breaked in some point.
if so, then maybe you can try using MCCC CAS and see if it fix it automatically.
