I'm having an issue with redheadsims' heels slider. When I import a saved sim from my library that is using that slider, I can't slide down anymore. Only up. So now my sim is levitating.
I removed the heels slider, but the saved sim is still levitating above the ground. It's really getting on my nerves tbh
Does anyone know what I can do to get my sim back to normal? Do I need to change something in the script of the sims 4?
Please let me know what I can do. I tried to post this issue on the Sims forum, but I can't find the ''Start discussion'' option and on Reddit but no one responded.

There is a good chance using BrookHeights in your save will eventually corrupt it. I need to research this further before that is a definite but I have been noticing crashes and Cant load game errors with this mod and its related to importing brookheights to the career lot. It somehow corrupts the police station lot. Now I am using the visit special lots mod which could be the reason for the crashes so like I said I need to look into this further AND code my own save a world script to backup all the work I did jic I have to make a new save file... SO yeah cover your ass if you use Brookheights in your game. I'll keep you guys posted

This is also happening to me, but with another height slider, I read in a regedit that if you remove the mod and also delete files from the folder Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / LocalThumbnailchache and onlinethumbnailchache the sims return to normal height, I haven't tested it yet, who knows ...

Ppl Brookheights is indeed corrupting the police lot. It's not the visit special lots mod, pretty simple mod really it tells the engine to go to those lots but take MF forever to do it. Arnie's button on the mailbox is instant. I cloned that XML and added it to my own mod as it does need it in there and made one for the police station. Same code different lot ID. Fucking thing ejected me to world screen with game load error just like before. This does not happen on a new save until I add the brookheights stuff to the career lot. It then makes the police lot unplayable. So in my save I cant remove the police station and add buildings. I can only TOOL buildings OVER it and hide it. Thats so retarded. I fucking know EA is to blame somehow buncha sketchy MF they are lol. But yeah simply it may be corrupting your game in some way. Imma start work on a python script to save all the objects in my new world I made so all I need to do is python that shit back in on a new save and NOT use Brookheights. I just can't recommend anyone using that right now or the import. Might just be the import but yeah thats Brookheights so. Don't use it
