WOW! Are you friggin kidding me! I rarely download or pay for CC , but I had no idea this is the bullshit these A-holes are up to . No wonder everyone is thirsty for CC leaks. I mean this is what actual artists on Patreon set their rates at, but of course your getting stuff they actually created and have ownership of , didn't steal or plagiarize off of others, and have no obligation to give away for free as per the corporate overlords so called rules.

in all honesty, its pretty fucked up how this person charges $10 to make builds with other peoples cc and locks it behind a paywall forever. its like if i started charging yall for $5 just to unlock various creators cc. its insanity LOL

wouldnt surprise me if they were pretending to be felix earlier lmao, id love to see their reasoning for locking other creators cc behind a paywall. would be a shame if these creators knew :unsure:

these builders are kept alive by fashion simstagram. there's a segment of roleplay simmer that is willing to pay real money for fake dollhouses to stunt on simstagram (what a fucking cursed timeline we live in). it's easier i guess to build some unplayable build with other people's cc (and hauzz / HMB / etc use exclusive stuff in a lot of those builds they most likely get from here) and call it a 'reward' instead of doing paid commissions. i think the latter is better bc if you can sell "exclusivity" to the type of bird paying for a digital dollhouse to impress the internet with, you can sell full customization and exclusivity to them as well.

it is the biggest scam because at least the cc creators open up blender and do something. the modders? use actual applicable life skills to modding. these people take a shell from the gallery and furnish it. for what? you can't play in the build half the time and you're using it for "pretty pictures" for instagram? and that's it. sad!

Also, Thank Effing YOU, for noting that a lot of these builds, especially H /\/\B are not really playable. Last time I even tried placing a lot of hers, I had to move a bunch of the CC that made it "pretty" to fix routing issues. Really annoying.

sometimes when i look for builders who use cc, i cant fucking find one that makes regular homes. theyre ALWAYS eye-blinding white glittery fashion like homes and im certain what you say about it being for rp simmer is 100% true. most times that ive downloaded a build its def only for looks and not for playability...

I tried to place the last lot that was leaked (Lk Tah0e) and everytime it froze my game...

there is a mod they can place in their builds to fix the routing issue but these people do not play the game nor would they care enough to seek that mod out. they got your money so it's whatever to them.
