You don't have to register. On the lower right end of the registration dialogue window that appears the last word is "Not now" which refuses the registration. Click on that. Then click on the picture of the CC you want, it will enlarge the picture and on its right there will be a download link.
I asked for this days ago and never got an answer. Hopefully someone can post it.
