You don't need a mod for it.... press the GREEN < left arrow (next to feminine or masculine) in the clothing drawer and under content you can choose to show ONLY CC. You must set this for each outfit type you select at the top of the drawer. You can also add or remove filters. It is a great tool which was built into the game.

No, but there are some mods to take care of some of the issues most on MTS and Twistedmexi made one to avoid items disappearing from Build/Buy. As usual, EA did not fix their bugs but we are getting Light sabers...
