Google a bit how useless external antivirus tools are nowadays compared to integraded windows defender. Windows Defender was bad in the past but isn't anymore. If you also use some NoScript Tools for you browser and are not full blown idiot regarding how to behave on a PC to not get a virus you are good to go without paying for crap like Norton.

You might be just right. I can't seem to download anything with Norton installed.
I concer, WIndows Defender is a huge improvement to what we were all used to and No Script along with an Ad Blocker of some sort and you should be fine. Long as you dont go full retard mixed with full idiot, then you should be okay.
