Oddl what works a lot for me when I try looking for specific items in Sims is google image search. Type in what you're looking for and browse by image, a lot easier than reading text and clicking everything.

But if you read the page that is linked, WW themselves are thanking Khlas for the rig and Noir for the body, it's not like it's "not supported".

For me, the culprit is usually either More CAS Columns or Tmex-BetterBuildBuy, check if you have any of them, if you do, just update them to the latest version.
i see you have jade scorpion's stuff there. do you by any chance also know where to get their pose packs?
The vagina is by Noir as credited in the description, but it isn't the one available on Noir's page, it's the default one included in WW. Noir's Patreon vagina model is different and only has the anus rigged, so it won't work with animated vagina animations unless they update it
