I think if you have seasons dlc installed it depends upon the weather if sims sweat easier. If it is hot they should sweat much faster and also indoors. At least I never noticed that it depends on indoors or outdoors in my game. It usually depends on weather how fast they sweat.

You could try XLD's all oiled up overlay, although it works best on darker skins. I think it works indoors. Male version attached here cos it's a few years old now. Works in my game and someone might have a female version if this doesn't work for females.

Honestly, there are two options but neither looks good. Universal bulge accessory doesn't match with most outfits and from the sides shows a hole, and the bulge slider by hi-land looks good on the outfits but gives your sims a fupa once they're undressed

Noir also has one "EA Bulge Accessory" or something called that (find on Kemono). Unlike "Universal Bulge Accessory" (find on LoversLab) it comes in only one size. Nice to have both, but they share the same glitchy conflict on some, not all, clothing/cc. Pro Tip: Download both and use Sims4Studio to move them to the "Tights" category, that way it's easy to wear/combine with other stuff AND it comes off automatically when they undress so no awkward bulge.
