I don't understand how MIKKOI's patreon stuff hasn't been shared anywhere. Their female body details offer ENDLESS variety for customization and are such good quality! So much better than wild_guy's by far imo! I don't even use skins anymore, just mix and match their details which btw blend perfectly with any skin tone.

I've even asked for it on reddit and no one shares it

I fully concur with this. It's one of the most essential things ever. Hopefully someone donates one of the best nsfw mods for ts4 right now.

can anyone share house cc? i see so much npc cc like clothing and make up but never enough house items and building stuff. most of the stuff i find are the same, i was hoping for more old or broken houses cc and overall building stuff cc for building houses and yards.

wouldn't hurt to also have a mod that allows to change the fucking landscape to fully rebuild an entire neighborhood. honestly is it any wonder i stopped buying sims 4 update/packs and just torrented it? those fucks update their game with the most bs garbage piece of crap for an unfair price. meanwhile all this shit was already in the older games, at the very least they could have added horses or just give us more control over the game. not being able to fully customize neighborhood is such bullshit at this point. people paid those EA fuckers thousands of dollars for the entire game packs yet they can't give us something so simple?

sorry for being mad, after so many years I just want the Sims IP to be in the hands of another company...

Whenever I need some new houses and stuff, I go to Loverslab, they usually share some of them there, but for mods? F95 all the way.

Simdulgence last message is just saying he needs rest while being sorry for the silence. Don't expect an update before next month.

For Khlas, he updated recently, maybe there is no donor. I could pledge, I love his animations.

I tried this mod. I can confirm. Its not good and it needs a lot of work. The pimping career doesn't work at all, the new interactions are cute but doesn't amount to much when the core function doesn't work. I'll say install it if you want some pimp lines ((and if you can even get your sim to become a ho because it doesn't pop up for every sim)) then I say go for it.
But I'll say give it a pass and wait for the modder to actually make it work and add more features . I haven't tested the other gigs it came with however but I can say the pimp gig is broken and its more or less just some interations you can make your sim say and that's about it.
I suggest nisa if you want to play a Ho.

i tested the public version for the pimping and pornstar carrers. nothing works, you need to add the traits by yourself, and eventhat don't trigger anything but dialogues who lead to nothing.

Sexy Gigs is an unpolished buggy mess for months. I wouldn't consider saving my game with it in the folder. Too much content ideas getting pushed inside without polishing older things first.
I still keep AEP for the career and live stream as these still work. It's a risk as well to break my game with it being that outdated but I rather break it with AEP.

I have it in my game but I don't use it for any of the Sims anymore, other than masturbation, its all dialog based which makes it bloody boring. I just tossed Wicked Perversions today, its just over kill, no interest in the succubus, and laying eggs and love dolls? I just wanted a decent prostitution mod, but its just too much content to even bother, so I'm on the look out for a better one, even though I'm not sure another exists. Nutty said brothels were coming to DD, so may hope that comes out sooner rather than later.

There's no such a mod as far as I know, but you can achieve that with sims4studio. It's tedious though, you'll have to go item by item and edit all its swatches:

"Warehouse" tab -> click on "Type" so all the files of the same type are together -> select one of the "CAS Part" files -> on the right side search for "DisplayIndex" and change it to 0 -> repeat for all the other "CAS Part" and save

Bear in mind that this isn't a foolproof method and some EA items might still appear first because they too have their DisplayIndex at 0
