Sorry guys, progress is a little slow at the moment due to a frequent wrist pain and hand stiffness that tries to get in the way when doing studio stuff. Currently scrambling to find ways to mitigate this, I can't stand being limited by this crap.

Massage, heat, and Ibuprofen (for swelling/stiffness) treats those kinds of symptoms. Might be early onset of carpal tunnel in one or both hands. I dealt with it ~20 years ago, haven't had a repeat since.
Hope you find a way to mitigate it!

Ibuprofen helps on the short term but I'd have to dissolve my stomach to meet these needs. Focusing on exercises now, as well as a vertical mouse that just arrived today. Will see if it's good enough to use in the studio, certainly feels easier on the wrists.
Dunno if it's carpal tunnel though, heard this usually comes with sharp pain or tingling due to nerve constriction. A previous diagnosis indicated tendinitis and something else, not CTS thankfully
Good news, the vertical mouse is here and it is helping on the hand pains. I don't feel as much strain on my tendons using this little guy, even though it's a little unyieldy.

Just started this game and think it’s fantastic. I’m 5 hours in and still not reached the sandbox part yet. The question I have is which girls will have breast expansion content as I’ll focus on those ones. Also, is there any weight gain content in this game? Thanks

Yeah, I'm pondering the expansion of the specials menu with a proper cheat system. It could be the next big coding task for me, though I dunno if I'd make it for the next update.
It all depends on how friendly the game is to the manipulation of certain elements back and forth. It would be quite delicate and require some thought on what can be changed and how
A good way to test would be the URM tool that can be found on this site. Would give you a good way to manipulate variables on the fly and see how easy stuff breaks.
