i did have one question though. thoughts on implementing a cheat system? i lost a save i previously had and would like to get back to the point i was at before. unsure if even a community mod exists

Yeah, I'm pondering the expansion of the specials menu with a proper cheat system. It could be the next big coding task for me, though I dunno if I'd make it for the next update.

It all depends on how friendly the game is to the manipulation of certain elements back and forth. It would be quite delicate and require some thought on what can be changed and how

A good way to test would be the URM tool that can be found on this site. Would give you a good way to manipulate variables on the fly and see how easy stuff breaks.

Nope, URM doesn't work on my game for some reason. Bricks the save feature on the sandbox and causes a big mess.

I know my code-base well, it would be a matter of making sure none of the cheats break the game irreversibly or in a bad way.

One little cheat that I'd love but would be tricky is being able to revert Lust Levels and go back up whenever you want for any character. Like Ms. Claire, who's gonna get to LVL 2 in 0.5.1, the cheat would let you revert her content to LVL 1 if you wanted. But it would definitely cause inconsistencies if another girls' scenes presume you already have Ms. Claire on LVL 2 and bring her out like that, I guess there's only so much I could control here.

On another note, cheats like manipulating Love, changing names, unlocking abilities and unlocking the gallery would be very simple (though, unlocking the gallery would be pretty bad for a first-time player since many little interactions check whether you've seen certain scenes or not).

There is a money cheat in the game already but it's super hidden. I'll keep it that way, since I'd like for cheats to be unlockable by buying them in the special menu.

While we're on the subject of super hidden things, can you confirm that the ghost in the school doesn't have any scenes yet?
We just see her in different parts of school during different parts of day and can click on her but there's nothing else besides that, correct?

The gallery features all unseen scenes in the game, except this singular super hidden money cheat one. So no, not yet...
