I would think that the tags would be for different things. NTR being or when the LI cheats on the mc, and cheating being for when the mc cheats on his/her partner.

Wow! For the first time we can see the singer actually singing!
Not that I am complaining about her other (not singing) activities in this game.
PS. I just noticed that Ria's Instagram accout has one extra video, which is not present on Vimeo - that's was a nice discovery!
