Hey having an issue where many of the animations don't loop properly or something-like there's awkward pauses whenever Nancy/Aria's body returns to a starting point for like 1/2 a second before the animation replays again. Anyone else have this problem or have guesses on how to fix it?
Have no problem on my older, generally slower, laptop with the same version of the game but on this one, which again is newer and generally functions much better, have those weird buggy pauses on almost every scene. Tried adjusting a bunch of settings and even upped the priority in Task Manager but no luck. Appreciate anyone's time/assistance in figuring this out. Dm me if it's easier

It may be related to your GPU and VSync settings.
I know someone who has a problem with animations in Unity games with his two RTX 3090. But not sure if this is related to your issue.
Gotcha, thank you, I'm fairly illiterate with technology so how would I check on that/adjust those settings? Appreciate your time.

If check update in game menu doesn't show up any pop-ups, just go to folder, manually execute autoupdater.exe.it worked for me.Aw crap.... never saw the patch for 15.25....
Alright then, download from scratch it is.

Now two NTR route updates in a row coming? Will this game be NTR only soon? Before I knew about porn games, I didn't even know NTR was a thing, but nowadays almost every good game is "contaminated".

Yes, it can. There's a pop-up that asks at a certain point if you want to go down that route or not.

I really like Mind Control games. There aren't very many of them, and of the ones that exist there are very few that are good. And pretty much all of them, good or bad, have very few renders per sex scene. So when I started sorting my games and rediscovered The Spellbook, I was really happy. Because here is a game that has good models, lots of sex scenes, and is really fleshed out and has all I want out of an adult sex game with mind control and incest as a theme.
But I feel like the game needs to be improved some. As great as it is, it could be better.
1.) I wish that there was a rewind option. When I am watching a sex scene, I like to advance a frame, go back a frame, advance two frames, go back some frames, and just keep doing that until I am fully satisfied with that sex scene. I can't do that in your game. It's too linear. I can only go forward and never back. It makes the sex scenes a lot shorter. Also, sometimes people click too fast or they have a bad memory so only being able to go forward could cause them to miss some things. I don't know if Unity has a rewind option, but you should look into it.
2.) The character renaming is a bit buggy but more importantly very limited. For instance, if you start a new game and change Jack to XXX and then save the game early on, if you load that save it will be Jack again even after a game restart. You have to change Jack to XXX and then get pretty far into the game before you save and then Jack will be XXX. Another thing that I did not like is that only the dialogue changes, not the speaker name. So if you rename Nancy to YYY, the dialogue might say "I love you YYY" but any message from her will have Nancy at the very top of the text box. That's a turn off. I like my custom names to be at the top of the text box too. It makes the game so much more enjoyable when I have the desired name show up as the speaker name. If Jack's speaker name can change to XXX, then Nancy's speaker name should be able to be changed to YYY also. I wish that we could rename more characters (all of the females that the MC can do it with), and that you don't have to wait until certain parts of the game to rename them. We should be able to rename them from the Menu at any time, even at the very start or beginning of the game. You could have profiles for each female character in the menu that describe who they are, their relationship to you, etc. and then let us rename them there.
3.) I wish that you would give us a third option when it comes to dialogue boxes. There is a "show dialogue box" and a "hide dialogue box", but I wish that there was a third option where the dialogue box is completely transparent and the text has an outline. Why do I want this? Well when I am playing a sexy scene, it's annoying to have to press H repeatedly over and over to see what is being said and then hide the box so I can see what is going on. But with a fully transparent dialogue box with outlined text, I can read what is going on and still be able to see 99% of the scene.
PS - I know about your situation with F95 and you probably don't use F95 much, but I don't like using Discord to contact people or give feedback and I can't post a comment on your Patreon because I am not a subscriber. It only took me two minutes to type this so even if you don't ever see it, I'm not suffering any huge loss. Also, I'm used to developers not improving their game after receiving my feedback, and you game is still enjoyable despite these flaws. I just hoped that you could make the game better because the things that I enjoy most in a game are not present in yours. Your game is good because of the models, renders, and content, but is missing the other things that I feel make a game good. If you were to implement these aforementioned things, the game would go from being good to being god tier.
