Kidney failure might have been a blessing in her case. She was in a coma after suffering a cardiac arrest due to drug overdose and has waken up from it but with Locked-in Syndrome. That means she is conscious but cannot move a single muscle in her body, that also means she can't speak. It is extremely likely she will never move, speak or be able to feel anything again. She basically was doomed to be a prisoner inside her own body, a hellish fate. I did not have the highest opinion of her because of the porn she took part in but, understatement of the century: a grave injustice befell this poor girl. I don't even know what to pray for in her case without it coming off as cynical. Poor, poor girl...

Meanwhile dictators and genociders live long healthy lives.

I have a couple of questions about this masterpiece ^^. I would like to add, in relation to my review, that another strong point is the various relationships between the characters, especially in the beginning when they first meet. There’s real depth and personalization there—well done! The game is more subtle and interesting than it initially appears to be. Great work!

My questions are: the stats (like leadership, relationships, affection, lust, etc.) seem to increase very quickly. Do they actually serve a purpose later on? In the beginning, they’re needed, but fairly early on in leveling up the girls, I don’t see much point in raising the stats further, since events require relatively low values (which is actually great, as the teasing and grind are really well done, so that’s not the issue).

My second question is similar: for resources like food and wood, for example, it’s easy to gather 200 units quite early, and even though you lose some every day, it’s replenished quickly. So why create a game over system? It never happened to me, and maintaining resources only seemed important in the early game, before getting the garden. It doesn’t seem to be a matter of it being too easy; I’m just curious why this system is part of the gameplay, and if in the future we might end up too "prepared and advanced," to the point where it becomes irrelevant. (Sorry if my English isn’t clear!)

In the girls' profile, there’s the "main/minor kink" information, but what does it actually change? Is it just for fun and personalization, or will it have an impact on decisions and gameplay later on? (Most of them are almost at level 6, even 8 for the first ones, and so far it hasn't had any effect on the game's progression...)

I've been quiet in the last month, let me give you answers.

They are needed at the beginning & at the end.
The lust (1000) will be required to reach Level 9 with a girl.
The relation (1000) will be required to reach Level 10 with a girl.

I set big values because these levels are 100% an option with side quests/Events. I won't spoil more.

It's quite difficult to balance a management game. People have different expectations. Some people want a difficult one, other don't care about it. A lot of people complained about the difficulty of the management part in the early versions of my game, I lowered a lot the difficulty. Now that I put a free cheat system in the game, I plan tu re-up the difficulty of the game at the final release. I also plan to do a quick tutorial at the start of the game to explain in a more "visual" way the management part.
So, people who like management will have a real difficulty, people who don't care about it will use the "automatic mode".
About the Spinney Chapter 2, like I explained in my discord server, you won't need to do all these tasks: You will need to organize the schedule of your girls to work in each part (Exploration, garden, water, hunting, etc). Your small village needs a real organisation now! If you want more informations about the Spinney 2, check the discord.

It's not linked to the story, but to the scenes: Some girls don't have scene in a specific tag (Like anal, for example), or some girls have a lot of scenes in a specific tag. It's their "fetish". It's just a fun thing to try to justify the sexual preferences of each girl. (Defined by the scenes available for them...)


EDIT: To answer to your review too:
About the POV: I try to have as much as much POV scene in the game, but it's not easy to have 100% of the game in first POV.

About the navigation: I know there are too many clicks to travel to different places. I plan to add a shortcut to a map to fix that.

Extremely interesting, these justifications and information! I can confirm that there is real thought behind the creation of the game, and I can sense a depth that goes beyond just a series of X scenes. Spinney 2? Village management? Oh wow, I have the feeling this game might make it into my top 3, which I wasn't expecting for a Ren'Py game using real images. The wait will be long and difficult, but I will offer as much support as I can. Congratulations on this game; it deserves more recognition.

God this game really highlights how awful the audio mixing is in porn

If I wanna play with voices I have to constantly play DJ and adjust the volume to find a volume where I can both hear speech and not be deafened by screams and every single scene seems to have different audio levels so then I must change it again.

So I ask, Developer Man could you please put the voice volume bar somewhere where I can adjust it without going into the menu.

I cannot figure out how to talk to Vina at night for Haley's quest it says "After reading all the messages I received Kyler&Vina I need to have a serious talk with Vina. Her room in the night should be the best, we wont be disturbed." I have tried many times to go to her room at night all I get is the door is closed.
