also, what is this with all these guys discussing cheat-engine, and walkthroughs?
The game is a railroad with no branches, only choice is who do you want at max. affection (get two more skills from that character).
and what cheat, why? game is easy, equip gear with "raises gold/ raises experience" - those stack, probably even by multiply, and they affect everyone, not just the wearing person.
So without any grinding they all had had lvl 99 early on in 3rd round (and >a million money) -> boring, one-shotting everyone.
And almost everyone had unused skillpoints even - Norn and Vesta about 60 or 70 with everything maxed to lvl. 20. (actually 30 to 40, but gets capped at 20.)

Else just get a 100% save - not that the sex scenes are sth. out-of-this-world or sth.
and btw. 3rd sex scene is just combination of 1st + 2nd sex scene

opinion:
Still, a nice casual game, good for playing it on and off, whenever one feels like hitting some monsters.
+: nice effects, decent sounds, decent voice acting - well-cast to accord with roles, a funny perverted queen character, nice pleasant-to-the-eye art, good tutorial explaining almost everything, music was not annoyingly bad. and you do not HAVE to lose to see losing sex scene in gallery.
-: no native gamepad support (or did i miss it). partly clumsy/ bothersome usage: switching from smithy to equip and back you always have to go the full way through the menu, the menu itself - probably poor programming, it always takes time (tick-tock-tick-tock-tick-tock...). to appear. The "new game" is too sudden, with WAY to long part repeating without any possibility to save (last possibility: before last bossfight, next possibility: after you moved into guesthouse with Norn and stuff.)
Really heavy, and imo. unnecessarily heavy on either CPU or GPU (I played on integrated graphics) - when being at the main town screen, and then leaving it there wihile doing other real world things for an hour or so, then coming back: notebook was still HOT.

oh, and too repetitive on the "[character] stumbled" +affection scenes, that should have had at least 3 variations, AND should have a check to not trigger for max affection characters no more.

Any way to change the resolution? I have a 1024x768 monitor and the two sides of the screen is being cut off because the game is made for widescreen....

Here's a completed save. You probably only need the GalleryData file to unlock all CG.


Extract the file to your AppData LocalLow folder. If done correctly, the GalleryData file will be located at:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\LunaSoft\The Spirit Master of Retarnia\GalleryData

This assumes that C:\ is your system drive. <username> is going to be whatever name you use to log on to Windows. You may need to change folder options so that hidden folders are visible to see your AppData folder.

SaveData00 is a fully completed save with all achievements saved just before the final boss fight in Hell Mode with the chosen girl as Melissa (because I'm a degenerate). The party is fully decked out in maxed equipment, so if you want to start a new game cycle, you should be able to get through the boss battles just by using normal attacks. One of the girls has a weapon that is almost certain to keep the bosses charmed throughout, so they likely won't even hurt you.

You likely don't need ConfigData, but I left it in for completeness sake.

Played this for about an hour and a half, and I can only say this, I was disapointed in the enemie mobs, they look like stock pictures, like 2 difrent artists drew them, in completly difrent styles, This for me ruined this game.
I am glad I did not buy this,

How to make God Like Equipment:
1. Open Cheat Engine
2. Open The spirit master of retarnia.
3. Download the cheat table attached to this post. Open the table and choose Retarnia.exe . Activate Unlimited Enhancement. [X] Unlimited Enhancement
4. Go to Smithy and then Enhancement.
5. Choose any of equipment.
6. Remember the stat which you want to improve. In this case i want to upgrade my Silver amulet Dex which is 28.
7. Scan 28 (4 byte).
8. Upgrade amulet.
9. Scan new stat (29)
10. Scan until you get 1 or 2 result (1 if stat is unique number and 2 if stat has same number)
11. Copy the address. Add address manual.
12. Note: Each stat has offset of 4. So, once you get the address of the stat you want you can also edit any stat on equipment.

For eg:
Silver amulet:Fire resistance 40.3% Dex 30 Int 30
Address Dex: 166BCE24
Address Fire resistance: 166BCE24 - 4 = 166BCE20
Address Int : 166BCE24 + 4 = 166BCE28

Once you get the address, you can change the value to any of you want.

Note: The address will change once you restart/load/exit the game.

1st off to use cheat engine to change stuff you need to be past the tutorial stage and actually into the game

for this to work you need the game and CE open at same time

Sorry for my bad English, but does the Eng version of this game have any update ? In Lunasoft website they have patch 1.06 for JP version of this game, but I do not see any update patch in Eng version.

Good question.... i would assume that the english version has all the patches for the core game.
At least if you go by the mangagamer release/publish date.
