It's netori, the story is told through POV of the guy doing the stealing, however he has a character model and appears in scenes, so if you're one of those who can't project yourself on a character if it isn't told from first-person POV then you may not like it.

There is a game called Hero Party must fall, the entire premise is the protagonist is stealing the loved one's from someone else, if it where from the heroes perspective, it would be a very blatant and depressing examples of NTR, but it's not from the heroes perspective, so the game is only carries the cheating tag.

That way there is no confusion aside from the small number of people, some of whom are probably trolls, trying to have cheating labelled as NTR
