I shared a version findable on the SRR discord but it's an outdated version that has 6 less scenes and peoples are currently working on doing a fan translation of this game so you may consider to wait for it

I have been playing several games on this list and they are definitely bangers. I am currently playing Lust Friend and am building the 7th floor to the tower.

I think I've seen pretty much every game on this list, but I would personally recommend 'Succubus Senki' from your list of games you haven't played yet (though it looks like you already tried it once?)

Its a bit text-heavy/cg-light but its got a fair number of them and it ticks every item on your list.
