sometimes there's near 2 lines of text so sometimes it's 1:1 and sometimes 1:10, i'd say avg is 1:7.So, I started playing the game and I'm wondering what the word-to-click ratio is.

Where in the world are all these women with undercuts?
In 3dcg games I play, it seems like 10 to 20% of female characters have an undercut. I don't have hard numbers, but I see them often. If my estimates here and within the spoilers hold, then attractive women are 9 to 12 times more prevalent in porn games than reality, but undercuts are 50 to 100 times more common than reality. Again, I understand why hot chicks are ubiquitous in porn fantasy games: it's what both the fans and devs want. So, logically it follows that fans and devs must be super fucking thirsty for honeys with undercuts. That, or my samples may not be representative of the population. I'm not really a fan of the hairstyle IRL or games, but it's not terrible. I just want to know if there are a lot of women with undercut hairstyles out there that I'm not seeing, or if undercuts are another one of the many fetishes popular here that I don't share (like feet, anal, cuck, and incest). Your thoughts?

It is quite common, especially now for some reason.
As a woman I do like short hair and undercuts on other women. I had one myself a couple of years ago but I don't really suit it.
Long hair is a pain to manage properly and can get incredibly hot in summer.
Plus shorter hair is cheaper on the old shampoo and conditioner and takes less product to style.

The less hair an asset has the easier to render and pose, especially animations. It's why so many dudes in these games are bald or have almost no hair. That is also very disproportional to reality.
So basic answer to your soul-searching question is simple economics.
It's also the reason, at least in games that use Daz3D, that almost all ladies have waxed their pubes.
This is not realistic at all, but a Dev has to be pretty devoted to bush to go through the trouble of making it look decent. Most just don't bother.

I wasn't so sure if I am still on both girls' paths, but it seems I am as "the thing that keeps MC going" is both girls. My take is that if you are missing either Elena or Belle only one would be shown / named. So major Belle focus this time in addition to last update's fallout, and she turns out to be sweet. All I will say further is that she's need to drop her act and let her guard down a little as that game of hers is getting a bit strenuous.

I think it has a lot to do with the game "engine"(s) that are popularly being used - they feature heavily in this hairstyle thus it's used a lot. But that's just my guess.
I like undercuts and I think they are more common than you may think among young people in more trendy cities, especially among smaller and slimmer women.
A practical reason to use them in games is that it makes it easier for developers to make multiple characters that are easily distinguished from each other from behind and the side as well as front facing. This one has the long hair, this one has the ponytail, this one has the undercut, this on has the curls, etc.

Within reason, I think. As a point to consider, why do we think one story is good and another isn't? Do we not compare stories in our minds to determine what we like or don't like? In life generally, all determinations are made with some degree of comparison (this is a good investment / that's a bad one; this is a terrible act / that's a good deed; etc.). We even go so far as to place degrees of comparison (good, excellent, amazing, and so on).
While I don't think it's fair to give complete judgment of a work solely because it isn't enough like another one, I do think comparisons ought to be drawn. I do think each endeavor should be judged as an effort in and of itself. There will naturally be thoughts of other VNs people have already played and what they did or did not like in past playthroughs.

Hah, yeah. Well, despite her implied promiscuity early on and overtures to being more laid back, I don't see Belle willingly wearing something like that to be gawked at publicly. (She was a helluva lot more talk than action, other than teasing to get a rise out of someone.) Possibly if she were in a theatrical production or something (like the clothing store here), but otherwise I don't get the impression that really would fit her personality. She's not reserved per se, but she's also not a floosy.
