Some endings depends on condition. Namely what stage of corruption you or other character is, and if you talked with certain characters about topic.
In this case it seems that you must not go into clinic but tell policewoman about it, which means she is about to get corrupted insteed of you. Then ask her for help when college is in middle of falling to corruption. Than she will want you to be introduced to clinic. If you accept it is end 7 and if you refuse it is end 8.

Turns out, it is a matter of timing when you need to talk to the ploice officer. She needs to be a little bit corrupted when you talk to her, or you get a different ending.

Unfortunately Marsa does all her game like this. Besides this is already remake. So do not get you hopes high. I like her stuff. She is talented artist. But it is how it is.
I never did that, but I can try.
