I don't know about you, but if the Dev was going to abandon this for work reasons or creative stagnation, I would at least like him to have the decency to communicate it instead of letting us off the hook, that really really really bothers me.

At least give us the body to hold a wake so he can rest in peace.

that way maybe you dont ask news in a thread abandoned for 2y... if there will be news, you'll see the thread becoming active again ;)

Well, technically, his last statement was in March 2024, since then there has only been silence, a message would be nice if he continues or not.

I completely understand what you mean. Yet, I still think no news is good news.

The last thing the dev said still stands for me. If he where to come here and say it's over I would still feel very bummed. Now I still tell myself that he is working on it on the slow pace he said he would.

If I remember correctly, in one of his last post, he expressed his disappointment that the project is getting so little attention, Patreon or not. That's never a good sign and speaks of his fatigue with the project. So I'd keep my hopes low.

if you're talking about me because i answered "abandoned" to someone earlier, i never said "go away from this thread"... i still had this thread in "watch" because MAYBE...
i was just pointing that someone asking for news in an abandoned PROJECT (for what we know)
if the dev is still working on it, taking his time, it's ok and we are still waiting... useless or useful idk, but we are here... whena news will come, we will know because of the thread update.

Nope, I was talking about the dev directly doing a statement that he drops this project. That would make me sad as it's a definite end. As long as everything is in the blue I definately have hope that it will be finished one day.

It sucks that so many creators of games with well made corruption get abandoned. It's almost as if it's too hard and not worth the trouble from a financial point of view. Us quality content enjoyers are doomed to spend way more time than the normies to find what to watch. It really eats a lot of my time.

On the 31st of this month, it will be two years since her last update. I will light a candle in honor of Revy, the best character I have ever met in NV.

I've said it before, leaving such a great story without any explanation is criminal, and the worst part is that there's nothing else like it out there right now.
