Nothing more for this is planned, at least from the original developer.
They were struggling to balance working on this and IRL stuff, and when they had a hard drive failure and lost all the files of the project they didn't want to continue.
They did give permission to anyone to continue the game, but it has been years and I haven't seen anything.

Technically it's Abandoned. The Dev posted a long time ago that he lost all his files in a HD crash. He didn't have the heart to recreate everything. So he abandoned it, some mods decided that since the first chapter was largely complete, they would tag it as complete. If you see any updates it's most likely someone trying to pick up the reigns..

It is one of those that is completed but not so completed AVNs that the developer announces as completed and leaves unfinished. Don't expect any update someday.
