I would think that it would be nice if there was a way to decide if you want to get a bigger cock, bigger balls, etc. Personally I'm a fan of the big balls like Ember

That would be nice, but it would require a lot of additional renders to account for all the possibilities. Bigger/smaller balls might be a simple adjustment but bigger/smaller cock would probably require a lot of manual adjustments to make insertions work..
