To the The Toymaster itself: looks like the well known Runey stuff with a darker side of the story, not much to see so far so we'll have to wait and see whats comming next.

Please let this not affect Harem Hotel. I really love that story and characters. I am always sad if creators make multiple games at the same time. It will ALWAYS affect speed (and sometimes quality)

I really like this. I've always liked the darker edge of the setting and events of HH, so a sidestory in the dark future where an elf tests sex toys sounds good to me. Part of me wishes that the vanilla fans will get a version where Lia gets a good ending, but that's not for me.

Meanwhile I love about how one dude posts "I don't know why he needs to outline it's a kinetic novel" only for 10 "it's not a game, it's a slide show" posts. I'd much rather a slideshow than having to randomly click buttons. If Runey were to say that in order to make the machines work you need to play simon says, would that make the game more enjoyable?

I do really love this idea of making a "marvel cinematic universe" out of Harem Hotel. It actually reminds me most of the Elfquest universe started by Wendi and Richard Pini, back in the early 1970s. I am curious if Runi ever read those, given that there is also the similarity of both being about elves. I actually had thought previously that Runi's girls do bare some striking physical similarities to those drawn by Wendi Pini.

I still have a few Elf Quest comic books in storage.

The Toymaster happens Many years after HH in a timeline where MC wasn't able to convince Cornwall.

The smartest lads probably even noticed Who Lia really is.

It's not that dark of a sequel, it's a turn of event i wouldn't want, but it's definitly not the worst, beside it feels good to have more content related to HH.

Really... Took the HH MC 3 years to put a baby in Lin? Would have taken me 1... month. Seriously though, I have mixed feeling about how Lia is treated. Remembering the early parts of Lin's story makes me really feel for her and want to slap this MC upside the head and yell at him about what he's doing. Still, it's not like he's evil, so I can work with it... Just want give him a good punch for being a shithead.
