In 7zip you can just go into Tools>Options> Language
Or if you have you system local set to JP you do no need to do that.
Need help tried the 7zip instruction, but didnt work. still invisible sprites. Please and thank you.Solved; default extraction was with english language, had to do the japanese language extract flip to make it work properly. Thanks for the help; you can return to your regularly scheduled porn games.

Hmm since my PC has its system local set to JP so it just works.
Let me try on my laptop and see if I can make better instructions give me 5-10 minutes.
Tried the 7zip Tools>Options> Language = Japanese , and it does not work, the sprites are still invisible ...

If you look the www>img>pictures folder
does it look like this:
or when you extract it does it come out in jiberish like so?
I actually think all you need to do is go into Window settings
Go to Time & Language
Go to Language then press add language
Type Japanese and install it. Its only a few mb and its worth a try.
Then re-extract the files and try to play the game.
Try and let me know... I tried to test on my laptop but the game just worked there so I am not sure.

And this is the instructions they provide. Which is basically the same as what I thought. Anyways let me know.

Got almost a Six Sense for Ntr Games. Either its the Thumbmail, the Art or the Title that tells indirectly it has Ntr.... xD

Hmmmm on my laptop it just extracts and runs properly on my laptop. And its doesn't have the system local set to JP.
I will look into it and see if I can help. Ironflower w.e you did to fix the issue you should post it.
Yeah it seems like there is a decent amount of people having issues. The only thing I can think of is translate all the file names into english. But I have to go into the game files and change it there too so it does break the game. Since this is a short game I will look into making a patch for those of you having issues.
Edit: So yeah just give me like an hour and I will try to make some kind of fix

Quality? From this author? I mean he's not the creator of Nightmare, but calling his work one of quality might be overestimating it a little.

Damn, didn't expect to see this translated. I see the comments are filled with boring people complaining about NTR, but I'm just happy to see a half-decent (ie, not about sex slavery or standard rape) hypnosis game get a proper translation. The work is appreciated.

I made a patched version of the game that version where all the JP filenames are change to ENG. Try this let me know.
If this works I will update all the mirrors. I can't test to see if it fixed the issue since I cant replicate the issue. But I think this might do the trick.

There's a key command for extracting files in japanese locale (I've done it for other games), but I can't remember what it is, wish I could though since I also can't play it.
started new game, saw the MC. Think it works now, yea

Hmmm, got a little furthur and I can't see the MC's sprite on the map, just portrait on the side.
Basically I see her detailed model and the sex scene just fine, but I don't see the spirte version walking around.
