Edit: Not a Trump fan FWIW, just stating the facts. He was on Oprah in the late 80s talking about a potential run for president, talked about picking her as VP for another potential run in 2000, did cameos in a bunch of movies and TV shows from the 80s on, etc.

I mean, I think you confuse things a bit here. Yes, Trump was famous and arguably successful, at least on TV, but I'm pretty sure even back then most didn't see him as attractive or charismatic. (at least if you discount the attractiveness of his money and celebrity status, which of course is enough for a certain type of woman).
He just wasn't as divisive back then as he is now, but he was already quite a target for jokes.

So here's an actual review.

TLDR: Compent game. not as political as you would think, way to little content for a first release. Very littel porn. Over filtered real porn will probably be a turn off fro most.

Theres not much politics in this. Trumps just there as joke. If your left leaning or right leaning it won't matter.

There is ~30 minutes of game play and maybe 3 of 4 small porn scenes
All the images are real porn with a stylized filter over the top. Knowing what people think of other games with this effect it will probably be a miss for most people.

There is a brief introduction then you get 30 days to do 1 of 6 things 2 of which are 'Projects' with story chains associated. the remaining 4 are a range of maybe 6 randomized activites that have random girls assigned to them, these are just used to grind up the girls stats. The text/images are I think identical for every girl and ther is no H. It seems like the game should end on day 30 or have an event trigger. I got there and nothing changed. if this is all there currently is you'll have probably seen everything the game has to offer well before day 30.

Each activty gives you a choice of options that require a specific dice roll all the activities require 2 or more but the dice roll is either a 1 or a 0 and you will only have 2 dice for the majority of the game. Not entirly sure how the mechanic works but at best you'll have a 50% chance of getting what you want. With 30 turns that means you probably get ~15 positive outcomes.

This mechanic seems a bit weighted for negative results when the game is so new and with so little content

There is no save mechanic currently implemented

Game seems optimized for mobile or maybe 4:3. I play 4k widescreen. I'd like a way to zoom so make the text bigger.

He is campaigning for 2024, and is the most likely person to become republican nominee, so not really.
