I finished 0.37 and Yuki was pregnant...but in 0.38 doesn´t...

Only thing I can think of is something went weird with your save, but since you completed 0.37 you can just grab one of mine.

Full save 0.38 along with Billy Path.

I like the update its good one now Jason can search the archives in the next Version that would be the closure of the good game.

Yeah, same thing happen with me on my first run through the new content, you just have to keep at it. It's a random thing, you're either lucky or not.

Sorry for the stupid question but I have the v.0.37 Final which is 11.5 Gb. Why are both versions of the game here are so small? Are they so dramatically compressed?

The thing about unity games is when you archive them, they can compress to 10% of what they actually are.
and once you extract them they become 11.5GB.
