When you extract the saves and replace the ones you have with them. Bring up the load screen and you'll be faced with this
All you have to do is pick the one you want. if you want pure Non-NTR, then you'll want to pick Slots 1 & 2

Tried to change Julia's level but it's the same
The problem is that I cannot see the content from 0.37 because it's blocking Kelly to come to my room
Changing Julia's points won't do anything, it also happens when you start a new game when Julia's at 0 pointsYeah it's a bug, it's happening to me too.

Unfortunately you'll have to wait for Beta2 or Final for a fix
or load version 0.37 of the game, complete 0.37 of the walkthrough, save and then start with 0.38
or you can see if the same thing happens if you are sleeping in Janice's bed, you don't have to be in Jason's bed for Kelly to visit you. you would simply wake up, go to different rooms and then end up in Jason's room.
Best place is to check the walkthrough, all the information's therentr? what did i miss? haven't play this game for a while

Yes, other than a couple of things that must be done to get certain items, I did not even trigger Billy's path in those saves, eventhough the option is still there every time you talk to Billy at school.

The fact that it's real-time and the models haven't been updated yet is mind boggling to me. It's literally a model swap and sweep through the scenes a couple of time to fix any potential bugs. Not like those ren'py games where they have to take all the screenshots/animations again.
Ok I just met this game ... which version should I download, regular or final? and what's the difference?

the beta version usually has some bugs, instead the final has fewer; the choice is yours (since is a good game and it is the first time for you you could download the newest)
For now given the major bug 0.38Beta1 has I would wait for 0.38final as that would "fingerscrossed" have that fixed.
But if you are looking to start you can download 0.37Final from OP (Original Post) that's the most stable right now.
