Final doesn't mean complete, it's the final version of the current build
For example
0.38Beta > 0.38Beta2 > 0.38Final
next one would be
0.39Beta > 0.39Beta2 > 0.39Final

and so on and so forth
ohh yes thanks for clearing, i thought its was complete story :giggle:

i cant wait to see janice in this new game, so hyped... but why my fps is on 60 always i have gtx1050ti this game should be no problem for my Graphic card

It most likely down to your monitor, if it's a 60hz, nothing much can be done, unless the game itself compensates
But, if it's a 144hz monitor

then you need to set it up

You can either do it using the Nvidia Control Panel

Display Settings > Advance Display Settings > Display Adaptor Properties

Just to add, see if there's an option for forcing V-Sync off. If not, you might have to get third-party software that can do that for you.
