-For now you can only get Janice pregnant, read the walkthrough on how to do that.
-You can get another character pregnant and you can see the progress of her pregnancy but she disappears afterwards, never to be seen again.
here are the Latex Outfits Janice can wear daily
and this is the list after doing the Orgy scene twice, so that I could trigger the new outfits.
EDIT: I believe the become Daily once you've spoken to Kelly after having the orgy.

What did you choose, can you show a screenshot of the menu and did you add any mods, like the incest mod
as you can see there last 2 options stockings and glove, Cutout
no mods just Incest patch and your save

Ok ran my test and, my bad, cajiaap was right, they are daily outfits.
I believe the got added once I spoke with Kelly after the orgy, which is the one thing I didn't do when I said they weren't listed.

2-One when you visit Billy's house, investigate noise
3-Pool Party (0.45 - Repeat investigate noise at Billy's house)
4-During the "she won't be mad" scene of step 921b
5-With Rachel and Julia at the Hospital
IMPORTANT PART 1: Incest patch MUST be installed before starting version 0.40 of the walkthrough
IMPORTANT PART 2: Incest patch DOES NOT kick in until you receive the DNA test during the 0.40 quest
To add the patch, you need to place it in the save folder

(skippable) To Unlock the secret NTR scenes do the following:
1. Sneak into Rachel's bedroom/house at 20:00
2. Go back to Janice's Bedroom, wait at 22:00, add sleeping pill
3. Sneak into Rachel's bedroom/house again, Stay
4. "Search the room".
5. Click on the drawer on the left (below the books)
6. At school, 13:00 Ask Bill to "Mom swap" . "Go back home alone"
7. Next day 13:00 Ask Bill to "Mom swap" again. "Go to the beach".
8. Visit Billy's house and investigate a noise.
For now we know of 4 extra scenes provided by the patch

When you knock on the door you might be asked to checkout some noise
